Hello, and welcome.

This is my small corner of the internet. I work in IT, live somewhere in the EU, and spend most of my time programming or messing with networks and servers. I like to know how things are made and how they work, and I sometimes end up (re)building them just to see if I can do it better.

I'm a big fan of self-hosting - not really into relying on cloud services when I can run things myself. I try to run all my systems virtualized, mostly on Proxmox these days. Everything should be easy to move, snapshot, restore, or throw away.

I write mostly C# - building stuff with .Net Core... ASP.NET, Blazor. Backend, frontend, APIs - whatever needs doing. The frontend (design) however is not my strong side.

Besides .Net I also write Bash, PHP, Python, Java, and yes, even JavaScript (but with some minor disgust). I'm comfortable working across Linux and Windows, depending on the task.

I use Docker a lot - not just for deployment, but as part of daily workflows. It keeps things tidy and disposable, just how I like my environments.

This site is kind of a personal archive. Sometimes I may post tools, ideas, or random thoughts. Nothing regular, no grand plans - just a place to keep things I find useful, or worth sharing.
